What is the status of my order?Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Can I change my order?We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please send us an inquiry here.

Where do you ship?We currently ship only in the United-States. For shipping outside of these countries, please send us an inquiry and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

How long does it take to ship my order?Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days.

What payment methods do you acceptYou can purchase on our website using any major debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for Paypal, You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you accept returns?We only do return for exchange or store credit. We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions: - The return or exchange request is made within 21 days of delivery - The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request To ask for a return, please send us an inquiry.

Are returns free?We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package. The exchange or store credit will be issued.

When will I receive my order?For custom-designed wigs it will be 7-10 days. For other products, expect 3-10 business days for delivery. If you need expedited products, please contact me.

What would I do if I never received my order?After the delivery of each package, I will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order. In case you never received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if I'm not home?If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
